The Hudson Recreation Department puts on a great community event every October called Pumpkinfest to highlight the local non-profits and provide an affordable family-oriented fall outing.
For 2018, we decided to change things up a bit and offered an event for all to enjoy, free of charge. We held potato sack races on the field with prizes available for all who participated. For many years our club sold hot apple cider and coffee at the event, which is very well attended. The picture below is from October 14, 2017. Our state rep, Kate Hogan, even stopped by to say hello.
